Afor is made up of a number of consultants with a focus on Technical Testing but also a good amount of supporting skills such as Test and Release Management, Test Leads and Scrum Masters.

Matt Belcher and Nessta Jones invented Afor as they saw a gap in the availability of resources who can plan, tool up and form test automation in a scalable way. They compliment each others skill set with Matt being the technical expert and Nessta on the QA strategy, planning and management side.
